Why aspirin is included in hydroxyl cut (caffeine, white tea extract, garcinia cambogia, and aspirin , )

In our bodies there are 2 types of agonists named, TXA2 and PGI2. TXA2 promotes aggregation of platelets and so can result in blood clot, but PGI2prevent platelet aggregation.In normal condition, both are maintained at correct balance, so that body can undergo blood clot during injury(preventing excessive blood lost) and yet does not cause unwanted clot to be formed in the vessel of our vital organs example kidney and heart. But this balance can be altered by drug interference and other disease.
     In aspirin(drug) case, it works by inhibiting cyclo-oxygenase irreversibly, resulting in altering balance between TXA2 and PGI2. For aspirin it increases the level of TXA2,reducing the chances of unwanted blot clot in vessel(if clot formed in vessel it can worsen hypertension and is fatal).
     For patient with severe  heart disease(not ur case) eg angina ,aspirin is used in combination with clopidegrel and triclopidine. Both works by inhibiting ADP-dependant aggregation of platelet. Their actions are additives with aspirin. Besides that ,antagonist which will block the receptore of TXA2 also can be used for heart failure patient in addition to aspirin, so that the TXA2 can not bind to these receptors,less blood clot, enhanceing blood thinning effect. Exmple of this antagonist isantagonist of glycoprotein (GP IIb/IIIa) receptors     Hypertensive patient is at higher risk of getting stroke and heart disease  bcz of the formation of unwanted blood clot (we call plaque/ sclerosis), this is bcz high blood pressure can cause damage to the internal vessels resulting in plaque formation and also bz hypertension patient heart work harder. So as a preventative measure aspirin is used, thereby reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke in you. And i think it is also used to bring down the risk and bad complications bring about by huge amount of the caffeine .Too much caffeine undeniable can cause more alertness but it does increase people heart load and is dangerous ,so aspirin is used 
And, for heart failure patient) if taken during an attack, aspirin has been found to reduce the severity of damage.
     Side effect of aspirin are internal bleeding , kidney damage and stroke.But with the guidance of a health care professional hypertensive patient can benefit more (advt is > than side effect). This is because hypertension leads to more and serious problem and they can cause stroke as well. It is all about the dosage adjustment. 
     Conclusion, 1.aspirin is an antiplatelet blood thinning agent, works by preventing thrombus formation in vessels and vital organ.
2.hypertansive patient benefit more from it than normal person. Dose adjustment needed. Used as preventetive measures ,avoiding severe hypertension complications like heart disease angina. In hypertensive patient, it is used as preventative measure as well as to reduce the bad complication from huge amount of caffein.
3. combination of aspirin with other drugs and thrombolytic agents are needed if the disease like heart failure ,stroke ,hypoxia already exist due to hypertension.
